    I signed up for your Halloween special $50.00 for year and $50..00 to spend at Jo Ann.  How do I get the promotional sensing money. Thank you

    I think my 60 day free trial is coming near the end. I find that I do T have enough time currently to benefit from continuing. Maybe later. I'm about to spend considerable time traveling. How do I ensure that I won't be charged at the end if 69 days. I can't find a place to cancel.

    @bsandoz -  To cancel your subscription:

    1. Go to Creativebug.com and login to your account. (Cannot be cancelled in the app)

    2. At the top right corner of the page, click the downward facing arrow next to the letter of your first name or profile picture, then select "Access My Account."

    3. Scroll down to the Billing & Subscription Information section.

    4. Click "View Billing Info" button next to this section, once the menu expands, click "Cancel Subscription".

    5. Answer a few quick questions and receive instant confirmation that your subscription has been canceled.
