I’m going on vacation, can I pause my subscription?

Yes. We know life can get busy at times so we’ve made it possible to elect to pause your subscription either 1, 2 or 3 months. Please note that your Creativebug subscription can be paused only one time during the lifetime of your account.

To pause your subscription, go to the Subscription & Billing Information section of Your Account then Pause Subscription. Next, select the length of the pause (1, 2 or 3 months) and submit for a one-time pause of your subscription. You will not be charged during the length of your pause. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of the pause.

Please note that you can resume your subscription with full access to creativebug.com as soon as 24 hours after pausing by logging in and selecting the resume button on the upper right hand corner of the homepage next to your user profile.
