We know life can get busy at times so we’ve made it possible for you to pause your subscription either 1, 2 or 3 months.
To pause your subscription
- Log in to your account and click on your photo or round profile icon on the top right of the page
- Select "Access My Account" option from the drop down menu
- Click on the last red button titled: "View Billing Info"
- Select the blue Pause button
Your pause period will start at the beginning of your next billing period (please note you will continue to have access to Creativebug until that date). You will not be charged during the length of your pause and your subscription will renew automatically at the end of the pause.
You can resume your subscription with full access to creativebug.com as soon as 24 hours after pausing by logging in and selecting the resume button on the upper right hand corner of the homepage next to your user profile.
